Here I am, still trying to catch up blogging all the wonderful early spring sessions… this family is definitely one of my favorites. We had so much fun on our shoot and I am truely blessed to have met them. Have I ever mentioned how much I LOOOOVE this job!

She’s Here! | Claira Belle Woods

Claira FINALLY made her arrival on February 24 weighing in at 7lbs 13oz and 18″ long. It was definitely a long 20 hours waiting on her to get here but we wont get into that right now. ;)
Nothing could have prepared me for the love I would feel for this baby girl. She’s our everything….I don’t know how we ever lived without her. Forgive me if I’m rambling – I’m just slightly sleep deprived! ;)
Last Friday my good friends Amanda of Cross Light Photography and Jessica of Jessica Kennedy Photography came over to help me with her newborn photos. I couldn’t have done it without these two! Posing newborns is not my strong point. :)
These are only some of my favorites that I shot that day!
It’s still hard to believe that my new name is Mommy :)

Claira Belle Woods

As most of my readers know here in just a few weeks my husband and I will welcome a little girl into the world by the name of Claira Belle Woods… yes, yes I know what you’re thinking – Clarabelle the cow?! Or Clarabell the clown? Or even Clarabel the train car?! NO! haha…. we came up with the name before we knew of any of those but we love it anyway! It’ll fit her perfect :).
Two weeks ago my awesome friend and AMAZING photographer, Amanda Scott, photographed our maternity pictures. Afterwards I decided to pull photos of my growing belly and it’s just insane how HUGE I’ve gotten haha! We had so much fun with these and I’m so happy with them! :)
First I wanted to show a few from the beginning – middle of my pregnancy….. I still can’t get over how tiny I was at the beginning! haha

Michael & Shonda Married! | Chickasha, OK Wedding Photographer

Another wedding from Team Backroads! ;)
Amanda and I had the honor of being able to photograph Michael and Shonda’s VERY special day on New Years Eve. We had so much fun photographing them as always; you can view their engagement photos here. You can see the love just radiating between this young couple – their eyes just light up when they see each other. THAT is why I LOVE photographing weddings - it always makes me wanna go home and cuddle up to the hubby ;).

New Blog!!!! | Chickasha, Oklahoma Photographer

As you can see things are looking just a tad different around here. :)
This new blog is currently still under contruction - I still have galleries and pages left to add and a few final touches here and there. Be sure to let me know what you think so far as this has been under works for a few months now. I really wanted something I could combine my website and blog into one and this really suites me. I’m able to have my portfolio ready to view in the galleries and also have my blog and a ton of other useless info you may not care for. ;)
